The hotel provide more then what I have paid actually, was too comfortable and peaceful stay with city comfort hotel. Receptionist, was too polite and their greeting and send off with smiling face shows their good manners. Housekeeping, they done their part too well. They respect guest privacy and clean the room neatly. They clean my room and washed the bathroom and toilet and restore coffee and mineral water by themselves as per guests needs. The Room, was too comfortable and I felt too good. the Tv provided some satellite channels and the city view , the bed and others stuffs were too good and well done. Much recommend and my stay was wonderful there . City comfort hotel will the priority on my next visit to KL. I will rate this Hotel 100/100 their service made me impressed.

Would like to highlight the good service provided by the hotel staff name Wing Yee. She is exceptionally informative, warmth, friendly, accommodative and professional. The hotel is standard basic however the service team had elevates to the higher level. Would like to thank to Yien also that has been taking care of me.

The room was clean and comfortable. No dust or muck on table and floor surfaces. Was really impressed! There are also snacks and drinks available for purchase at the lobby, which is really good because I didn’t have to walk out to buy food.

the room was spacious and the staffs .. guard.. house keeping and specially the reception during afternoon the chinese girl with glasses and chinese tall guy was so friendly and accommodating.. they helped me alot during my stay..
